APES TAPES is an artist run cassette tape label founded in Portland, Oregon. We release cassette tapes of original and inspired local music often with free digital downloads. All of our cassettes are recorded, mixed, assembled, and sold by the very artists that we represent.

Adventures! With Might met in a life drawing class in 2008. Isaac Medina (bass) was the teacher and Marc Swart (guitar/vox) was his model/muse. They started Adventures! With Might not as a band but as a release for their sexual tension towards one another.
